The Transitional Federal Parliament.Discussions about
The post transition arrangements must indeed be an opportunity for open political dialogue, and avoid unilateral decisions of a particular institution.It is essential that the transitional federal institutions (President, Government and Parliament) demonstrate
their credibility by acting responsibly for the benefit of the people, whose needs are immense.
France reaffirms its confidence to the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General,
H.E. Mr. Mahiga, in his efforts towards dialogue.with its partners of the European Union, France will undertake an assessment of its support to Somali institutions before next August.
